What's different between the offending computer and the ones it's fine with? Is the printer driver up to date? Do you have Illustrator plugins on this one that you don't on the others - does it work if you pull them out? If you make a new user on this machine, reboot, log in as them, and try to print this file, does Illustrator bring up the same error? If it doesn't then go back to your normal account, go to System Preferences>Users & Groups, and start removing stuff from Login Items, rebooting, and trying again. If nothing sticks out then just get a fresh cup of coffee and settle in for the whole binary search process. If there is anything these files have in common then I would consider deleting everything but that common thing first instead of doing this possibly-lengthy process. Don't forget to check if there's any effects applied to groups/layers/etc, you can see what has effects applied by looking for filled dots in the Layers palette. Keep doing this until you are down to a manageable number of objects to investigate, or even down to a few objects that open up the Appearance palette and see what's going on with them. If it prints then undo and delete the other half of the objects. If it fails to print then delete half the remaining objects and try again. The slow, tedious method of investigation:
